The thoughts maybe so ingrained that we forget we are thinking about it, but we do think first. “I am hungry” so we eat, “I am cold” then put a coat on, “I am sad” then we cry. Mastering our thoughts, then we are master of our lives, think the things you want, then the action will have to follow.
