It is as easy to make a good habit in our mind as it is to make a bad one, it takes the same effort to maintain a good habit as it does a bad one, but changing them once we have them that is the challenge. Bad habits stop us from growing, stop us from being happy, but they are our habits, own them, take responsibility for them, make the choice to change them. You have the power to unleash new habits, to get rid of old one, then your life has to go in a different direction.
