Payment & Refund Policy

Coaching & Mentoring Services


Payment for 1-1 Coaching & Mentoring is required in advance. Only once the client has made payment, will they be directed to book the first session. This booking is made through the online booking system Calendly. This gives the client access to my calen-dar, where they can select a time slot that works for them.
Payment can be made through Worldpay -Visa/Mastercard/AMEX, PayPal, or by BACS transfer.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds available for Coaching or Mentoring programmes. If someone purchases Coaching or Mentoring and wishes to change either the date or the specific coaching programme, that is permitted.
Coaching can be cancelled 14 days prior to the date of the first session.

Online Courses/Resource Packages


Payment for all Online courses is managed directly through our course platform provider Expertise.TV. Payment options include Stripe or Paypal.
Once payment has been made – the client will have immediate access to the course. The client will have lifetime access to the course or resource package.

Refund Policy

All online courses come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for whatever reason, a client is dissatisfied with the course they have bought they are entitled to a full, no quibble refund. All that we would ask is for feedback as to why the refund has been requested, so we can, where appropriate, make the necessary changes. This feedback is entirely voluntary.

How to request a refund or cancel your coaching

Please visit our Contact Page to request a Refund or Cancel your Coaching / Mentor-ing. In the first line of the ‘Comments / Questions’ box please have the words Refund Request OR Cancellation Request.

All refund and cancellation requests will be actioned within 14 days.

Payment and Refunds for Training & Workshops

All localised workshops will be organised and payable via Eventbrite, payment in full prior to the event. Cancellations will be permitted up to 14 days prior to the event. Refunds can be claimed via Eventbrite.

In-House training and event speaking/presenting will be be costed and con-tracted on agreed terms, payment will be 50% on booking (plus full travel costs/hotel bookings) which is non-refunable in case of cancellation, re-negotiation of dates is subject to availability. All costs of photocopying, li-cences, venue, resources and catering are the responsibility of the event or-ganiser.

The further 50% will be cleared by Worlpay, Paypal or bank transfer 48hrs prior to the date of event.

Requests for refunds after the event are not permissable.
